China PCB , Is it rubbish ?

China PCB is not rubbish , why ? Thinking that if it is rubbish , why APPLE place big order with China factory ? People around the globe use China PCB as long as they purchase APPLE's products , right ?

For this , I think one reason may possible be that the one appreciate the " cheaper PCB " , he cost less and have much strict specification on the boards . such as you pay $10 for 10 pcs prototyping boards , the factory fabricates PCB follow IPC class 1 as default , however , you are in favor of IPC class 2 . The difference between class 1 and class 2 is , for example , outline tolerance , one board size you need 10.5*10.5 cm , class 1 , the finished PCB size is (10.5+/- 0.15) * (10.5 +/-0.15 ) , class 2 (10.5+/- 0.1) * (10.5 +/-0.1) .
